Custom Artwork

To begin the process of creating your custom artwork, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures your spot in my schedule and covers the initial costs of materials and planning.

Postage and Insurance

Please note that postage and insurance are additional costs beyond your initial quote. However, I am pleased to offer free shipping within Australia for commissioned works. For international clients, shipping and insurance will be calculated and added to the final invoice.

Measurements

All measurements are provided in inches unless otherwise stated. If you require a specific size or have any questions regarding dimensions, please feel free to reach out.

Pricing

All items are priced in Australian Dollars (AUD). The price you see reflects the cost of the artwork alone, excluding any additional charges for shipping or insurance unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.

Shipping

Shipping costs are not included in the artwork pricing unless otherwise stated. Once your purchase has been successfully processed, we will arrange and process the shipping separately. You will be provided with tracking information and any relevant details to ensure your artwork reaches you safely.

Refunds

Please be aware that all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the sale is complete. This policy ensures that each piece is crafted with the utmost care and commitment to quality.
